Yo, this is Emma, and this is an ENTIRE POST ABOUT MY HAT. Feel honored, human worm-beings. Mkay, so this is a little guide to the pins on my hat. Show this to all of your friends and spread the love <3 This picture was taken in the yard, so ignore the dry grass. (We really need some rain here =( Send rain please!)
ANYWAYS- In order, here are the pins I got.
The three Shakespearean insults and the one with blood drips I got at the Globe, and that's what started my collection.
The purple one next to the yellow submarine is a commemorative Will and Kate Westminster Abbey pin.
The little crown is from a Buckingham Palace gift shop at the Royal Mews (no Pokemon jokes, please).
The unicorn is from Kensington Palace, and is one of my favorites. Dad was concerned that I wouldn't recognize the unicorn as Kensington Palace and wanted me to get one in the shape of the palace instead, but I said I wouldn't recognize that one either.
King Henry is from the Tower of London, and happily resides in the center of my hat, right next to the goddess Bastet.
Speaking of Bastet, she's from the British Museum.
Also on Thursday, I got Sherlock Holmes from the Sherlock Holmes Museum...
and the yellow submarine at the Beatles store that we saw and visited. I almost didn't get that one since it wasn't from a museum.
Thursday afternoon I got the TARDIS at the Dr. Who MEGA AWESOME EXPERIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENCE!!!
My "KEEP CALM and EAT A CUPCAKE" was from the Canterbury exhibit thingy, since we couldn't find any Canterbury-like pins.
